Yes, it's happening.

Over February break in 2025, we'll be heading down to Boston to record with an a cappella studio. It will be fun. It will be musical. It will be glorious. But, most of all, it will be expensive. That's why we are begging YOU, yes YOU, to donate whatever you can to our endeavor! The more we get, the more songs we can do. Each song will cost about $1,400 to record, and the school gave us enough for 3. Whatever we can get from SIM alumni, family, and friends will spur us on toward this fantastic vision. Continuing the legacy of clap.stomp., Antipodean, and all the others SIM has done will be amazing.

Here's a breakdown of the total costs of the album:

Per song:

• $1400: recording, mixing, and mastering

• $10: licensing

• $20: streaming site uploads

Flat:

• $150: artwork

• $30: competition (BOCA, Voices Only, etc.) submission

• $300: CDs

• $700: transport to Boston

• $700: food and sustenance for a week

After recording, it will release in the fall of 2025. We are still workshopping potential album covers and names; if you have any ideas, send them our way!
